Yilsam Sultanahmet Hotel Istanbul

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is right in the heart of Istanbul and just a stone's throw away from the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Mosque. The rooms are clean and stylish, with some even offering a breathtaking sea view. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the breakfast is generous and the food is fresh and of good quality.

Communication with the reception desk staff can be challenging due to their limited English proficiency.

The breakfast buffet was tasty, and the hotel restaurant offered a beautiful view of the sea. this place was a perfect choice for my vacation.

The driver for airport transportation took a longer route with heavy traffic, causing some anxiety about missing our flight. It would be helpful if drivers used navigation apps for quicker routes.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major attractions in Sultanahmet. The tram station was also nearby.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had an lovely stay at a hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel's perfect location allowed us to easily explore all the historical sights and shopping areas on foot. The sea view from our room was amazing, and the top floor breakfast area offered equally amazing views. The staff, especially Mr Kuntay, Ahmed, Mohammed, and the cleaning ladies, were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and had really good customer service. I highly recommend this small boutique hotel for a nice stay in Istanbul.
